The Steakhouse at Flying Horse Is Set To Open in November! Construction of the newly expanded dining room, formerly known as La Fortezza, located inside coveted Flying Horse Clubhouse is nearing completion, and come mid-to-late November, Flying Horse will become home to Colorado Springs' newest Steakhouse.
