The first release of homesites in Flying Horse North was comprised of 81 acreage home sites that range from two-and-a-half to five acres.  ​Individuals who chose to build in Filing 1 of Flying Horse North had the opportunity to purchase a lot and bring their own builder or choose from a list of preferred builders.

The Flying Horse development and community planning team is now in the process of preparing the next phase (Filing 3)  of acreage homesites in Flying Horse North.  This phase is comprised of approximately 40  highly desirable 2.5 - 3.75 acre lots, some of which are located along the golf course and in the trees.  These coveted lots will be sold and marketed exclusively from Classic Homes Model in The Village of Turin at Flying Horse.
