Doug Allen, the President of Allentown Homes, is an expert craftsman and designer with a BS in Aerospace Engineering. His experience is built on years of research and design work with Aerospace mechanics, finish carpentry, and detailed home construction.
Jannelle Allen takes a client’s ideas from concept to completion through personal interior design. With an eye for detail and elegance, Jannelle is dedicated to helping clients visualize the perfect home through color, layout, theme, feel and creativity, lending uniqueness to every home they build.
Allentown Homes involves their clients to make each home special to its residents. Through a process of guiding steps, the clients make their own choices. First, devoted experts offer help with financial advice and lending packages for lot and construction loans. The client is encouraged to find the land they love, then together with a team of architects, designers and builders, the client participates in the design of the home, tracks the progress through project schedules and walk-throughs and provides input throughout the building process. Doug and Jannelle’s ideas and talents coupled with their clients’ lifestyle and dreams, bring a home that is an inspiration. Because the Allens are intimately involved in each home they build, they limit themselves to building a few unique properties each year. That way they can offer real personal attention to their clients.
